Nearly two decades of experience at multinational companies gave me a solid background to launch Vizi and Partners, where I can fully exploit my passion for developing smart service processes that bring proven results and working together with a wide network of inspiring, dedicated professionals and long-term partners.
Graduated and specialized in finance and accounting, I have climbed the career ladder from Project Controller to Controlling Lead, then Chief Accountant, later on CFO and CEO, and finally Finance and Operations Director.
During these 18 years I run several complex projects including: acquisition and merge, set up of controlling, BI or ERP processes, treasury and tax management, SAP implementation and development projects, production line optimization, restructuring and cut-back with all the HR and legal aspects.
Founding my own businesses tought me a lot about sales, marketing strategy and brand building, as well. Let it be manufacturing, finance, energetics, trading, or even the tourism sector, my in-depth understanding of diverse industries helps me to navigate confidently as a Consultant and offer tailor-made solutions.
As a Founder, I am dedicated to represent progressive values in my team, too, first of all flexibility and delegating tasks based on the skills and personal motivation of my colleagues. I always welcome new possibilities and bold ideas, yet as a true family man, I place sustainable growth and work-life balance first. Thanks to my daughters, I realized the importance of early career orientation and I am motivated to support remote and part-time employment as part of a balanced and healthy society.

I graduated as Process Engineer at Corvinus University (Faculty of Science of Food) that makes me fluent in the language of many industries, especially in production. While learning Quality Assurance at LRQA, I developed great care for details and accuracy.
My career started at a multinational tech company. As a Technical Writer I have experienced early on, how great communication fosters success. In my next position as Process Engineer I gained many useful insights in the field of food processing, and I developed strong negotiation skills and a high level of team collaboration and project management.
These skills, combined with analytical mindset and curiosity, help me to understand both our clients and candidates and build a bridge between them.
As co-founder of an adventurous family enterprise and a mother of four, my path led me to integrate all the colours of my professional experience in the quest for great talents.
